What did you get in trouble for the most when you were a kid?
Talking too much or talking too loudly. I got my first detention when I was trying to help a classmate read, but I was so loud it disrupted the class. I have another memory of being in seventh grade and the teacher putting duct tape over my mouth (which we all thought was hilarious). Of course, slumber parties were a nightmare for everyone in the house because me and my friends absolutely would not shut up.
I'm told I'm still loud--my voice seems to be that way and I can't always help it--but I'd like to think I know when to shut up during something really important.
