When was the last time you got lost?
It was early on when I was living in Japan--maybe my second year there--and I had to go to the US Consulate in Fukuoka to get something signed and notarized.
I parked in a random parking lot and couldn't drop the pin on the map because my battery was almost dead (my phone had a lot of battery issues and using GPS took a toll on it), so I just thought for some stupid reason I'd remember where I parked.
After leaving the consulate with paper in hand, I got turned around and forgot where I was. I didn't have a portable charger and my phone wasn't any help...it took me an hour of walking up and down streets before I found my car. I almost broke down crying.
Then I drove to the nearest konbini to get a portable charger so I could find my way back to Kikuchi.
