It’s that time of year again, where we batten down the hatches, destroy our paychecks, and take part in massive gift-gifting in honor of the plethora of wonderful winter holidays.
If you are a writer or reader, you might want to check my list out. I admit, this is kind of like a list for me, but you could find something you like here, too. If you get a gift card or the gift of cash for the holidays, maybe look to spending it on these goodies.
I’ve seen this site’s “ugly” cardigans and sweaters advertised on social media, and readers…they aren’t that ugly. But I noticed they do have some bookish fashions that are quite colorful and give off fantastic vibes.

These are some amazing tee shirts from the quirky and mystical fashion website, Purple Hecate. All the images you see are (c) Purple Hecate and are original to their web shop. Each of these tee shirts feature something wonderful for those who are a fan of books and reading. They come in multiple colors and you can find each shirt here:
To be honest, I’d buy the whole store.
Fox & Wit is a bookshop primarily known for their book subscription boxes, exclusive editions, and more. They recently created a merchandise shop that has some fun things for people who like to collect bookish goodies.

All of the images you see here are (c) Fox & Wit and are available at their web shop. I am someone who collects stickers and pins, which Fox & Wit has plenty of, but the bookmark and key caught my eye in addition to the “villain lover” pin. Here’s where you can get each item:
Like Fox & Wit, Litjoy offers exclusive editions of books, a book subscription box, and a unique merchandise store for booklovers everywhere. I’m going to focus on their books this time, and these are kind of meant for me…although you might enjoy them, too!

The product images you see here are (c) Litjoy Crate and the items are unique to their bookship.
I have a collection of Litjoy’s horror classics, consisting of special editions of works like Frankenstein, Dracula, The Picture of Dorian Gray, and others. Once I thought I had nabbed them all, Litjoy came out with two more volumes to go in the collection–The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and other tales. I’m a completionist. I’ve got to have them.
A new series for me would be the Twin Crowns Trilogy. It’s in a special edition unique to Litjoy, and it looks gorgeous. The story intrigues me, too. I haven’t read this yet, but I collect beautiful books that I want to read, so if I had unlimited funds I would snatch this up.
You can get these books here:
- The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde
- The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and other tales
- The Twin Crowns Trilogy special edition box set
Piper + Ivy is one of my favorite clothing stores. I think I own six of their tee shirts. The quality and fit is excellent and I love the color selection they offer. Most of the shirts I own are about books and reading, but they have some writing tees, too. Here are my top two:

The images of shirts are (c) by Piper + Ivy and are unique products from their web shop. As I mentioned early, I own many of their shirts. There’s no harm collecting more. Here’s where you can get them, and they come in different colors:
